RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations are required for attendance to all Group Exercise Classes as well as Group and Individual Personal Training Sessions. Class and Personal Training reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled start time. Class reservation cut-off is ONE hour prior to the start of the desired class session. Personal Training reservation cut-off is FOUR hours prior to the start of the desired personal training session. Each class and Personal Training session has a maximum number of participants.  If the desired session is full, you will be placed on the wait list. Registrants of the wait list are taken in the order they are placed on the wait list due to another's cancellation. If you are on the wait list, there is NO guarantee that you will be allowed to participate in the desired session.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations for classes and personal training sessions need to be cancelled ONE hour prior to the start of the scheduled session in order to receive a refund/return of any fees or package sessions. The session may be cancelled online or via the mobile app or by called The Training Room at 715-247-5770

CHECK-IN:

Clients who arrive at the gym can check-in for either gym use or class/personal training session attendance by typing in their name on the iPad at the Front Desk. Members who receive insurance fitness reimbursement benefits are REQUIRED to check-in for gym attendance tracking.   

FACILITIES:

The Training Room is a 24/7 fitness facility.  The interior of the building and front entrance are monitored 24/7 by motion-sensored video surveillance. In addition, after-hours access to the building is via RFID key fob entry.  The assignment of a 24/7 key fob is specific to membership guidelines and an individual screening process. Regular monitoring of system key fob check-ins and video surveillance comparison are completed.  

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Each individual that requests a membership at The Training Room does so at their own risk. The owners of The Training Room always recommend doctor's clearance especially for those individuals just starting a fitness journey. If you have underlying medical conditions or concerns, you should see your physician for permission to begin exercise at The Training Room. We offer a FREE 30-minute Initial Orientation to demonstrate proper use of all of our equipment. It is up to each individual to request this orientation if required.
